At Nurture & Brushes Boutique LLC, we’re committed to getting your calming sensory bottles, candle warmer lamps, shades, and other nurturing items to you quickly and safely—so you can focus on self-care and supporting mental health.
Free Shipping on Order $50 or more
We offer free standard shipping on all orders $50 or more (before taxes and fees) within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
• This applies to contiguous U.S. addresses and most U.S. territories.
• We cover standard shipping costs, for order more than $50, as our way of thanking you for supporting NAMI Fond du Lac and our mission.
Order Processing Time
All orders are hand-prepared and processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Most orders ship the next business day if placed before noon CST.
• During busy periods (e.g., holidays, sales like our Valentine’s Week of Love), processing may take up to 3–5 business days. We’ll email you if there’s any delay.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Estimates
We use reliable carriers like USPS (for most lightweight items like sensory bottles and lampshades) and UPS/FedEx (for larger/heavier lamp sets).
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after shipping (most arrive in 3–5 days within the continental U.S.).
• Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas: 7–14 business days.
These are estimates only—delays can happen due to weather, carrier volume, or holidays. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships (tracking is provided for all packages). Check your order status anytime via the link in your confirmation or by emailing us.
Where We Ship
• Domestic: Everywhere in the United States (including P.O. Boxes where USPS delivers).
• International: Not currently available. We’re focused on serving our U.S. community while we grow—stay tuned for future updates!
Some items (e.g., certain glass or liquid-filled sensory bottles) may have carrier restrictions to specific addresses—we’ll let you know at checkout if there’s an issue.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
We pack everything with extra care to arrive safely. If something goes wrong:
• Damaged or missing items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery at hannah.berth@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly.
• Lost packages: We’ll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it (most issues resolve within 1–2 weeks).
• Significantly delayed: Reach out, and we’ll track it down or issue a resolution.
Important Notes
• All delivery windows are estimates—we can’t guarantee exact dates.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties/taxes on international orders (not applicable currently).
• We reserve the right to update carriers or methods, but free U.S. shipping remains our promise.
